By giving your item for pickup or delivery to Saga Equipment’s, you agree to all the terms stated herein. None of our agent or any employee has the authority to alter, modify or waive any mentioned terms
No insurance covered by Saga Equipment’s
During the hiring Saga Equipment’s services for pickup or delivery we don’t carry or cover insurance for your items.
Liability for Loss, Damage or Delay
Saga Equipment’s shall not be liable for loss, damage or delay caused by events that cannot be reasonably foreseen or controlled, including but not limited to acts of God, perils of the air, weather conditions, mechanical delays, acts of the Queen’s or public enemies, war, riots, strikes, civil commotions, a defect or inherent vice in the goods, the acts or default.
All delivery times are subject to weather and traffic conditions.
Saga Equipment’s is not responsible for any loss Damage or delay due to improper or insufficient packing from pickup point to delivery point. We are also not responsible for already scratched, damaged, any type of missing parts/material discovered at the time of delivery.
If Saga Equipment’s realize for insufficient/improper/open packaging we will inform our client.
Saga Equipment’s will not responsible for any delay due to any weather and traffic conditions, we will not responsible for any delay at the time of pickup if items/material is not ready for load/pickup due to any reason from supplier/item provider/shop/mall/warehouse. SDS 360 will charge extra for more than 30 min of wait at the pickup point.
At the time of delivery the recipient/receiving person should be present at the given address in case of absence or waiting If Saga Equipment’s is unable to make delivery of a shipment due to not the presence of recipient/receiving person or due to any other reason, a non-delivery notice will be left at the consignee’s address stating that a delivery has been attempted. Subsequent delivery attempts will be subject to an additional charge.
Saga Equipment’s will charge extra for any delay at the time of pickup.
Fragile Goods Shall in all cases be sent “at the shippers risk” (eg. glass).
Right of Inspection/Refusal
Saga Equipment’s reserves the right to open and inspect any package tendered to it for transportation, and refuse to carry any that are prohibited and, in our judgment, could otherwise cause damage or delay to equipment, personnel or other shipments, including those prohibited by law.
HST is applicable on all prices.
